One of my personal favourites from the Black & Tan catalogue.
I worked with Mississippi Big Beat and had the pleasure of sharing the bill with the band at the Sziget Festival in Budapest. Their music has always had that raw, energetic combination of blues, roots and a modern groove that fits naturally within the Bluestronica world.
Sadly, the band’s harmonica player (Andor) passed away far too young. This track is a reminder of the great musicians and moments that have been part of the Black & Tan story over the years.
